• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., for inappropriate or offensive content, payment failure, or stock issues).

• You are responsible for the wording you provide. Please ensure spelling and details are correct before submitting.

• We reserve the right to decline any message that contains offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

• Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible as work may have already begun.

• We currently deliver only within New Zealand.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for postal or courier delays beyond our control.

• You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot refund or resend items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

• As our products are personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovealwaysletters@gmail.com.

• Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
